Well we just finished our first meal of corned venison with cabbage and carrots and let me tell you that was one fine tasting eight pointer, better than a Thanksgiving turkey dinner. Even have enough leftovers for Rubens tomorrow. I wish I could share it with all of you! Tonight I am going to thank God for creating such a magnificent animal that tastes so incredible! I just wish he would have made them as big as COWS!
