mine did not come with the string stops, are they needed?
us air force vet. 14 years civil engineer.

Are they required? Answer is no. They do reduce vibration and string oscillation after the shot. The best accessory that it sold for this bow are the S5 String Stops. Also a nice Heavy Flemish String. Good luck!

I agree with big bowman. The Equinox is really a great bow... very fast, aims awesome due to the long length, and will last a lifetime.

I have the S5's on my equinox and I love them, it reduces the vibration quite a bit ,I highly recommend them. :thumbup:
