Danny Miller and warranty

Hi All,

I just wanted to inform everybody here that Danny Miller will be concentrating on his string building business and won't be working as a warranty center for Excalibur products. Danny has been a valued partner with Excalibur Crossbow for almost 38 years so he will always be a part of the Excalibur family however over the last few years he has been hit hard with people showing up at his place 7 days a week at all hours of the day and night for warranty work which is not fair or sustainable. Danny is way too nice to say no which is part of the problem.

We have been working hard at enhancing our Port Huron depot to handle all the U.S. warranty and have a great staff there that will be working hard to help everybody with any issues they have.

On another note, if you have a limb issue please email us at [email protected] with a photo of your problem along with name and address and we can ship the limbs directly to you if you're comfortable replacing them yourself. If you don't want to change your own limbs then just use our online warranty system to obtain an RMA number to send it back to us for repair.
