Bagging it up hot, and this took 6.5 hours at 150 F. I think with the interruption, I lengthened the time, but my next run with this thickness will marinate longer, and I think I'll go up to 155 F for 6 hours. My daughter, and son in in law love it! Oh, their dog liked it too, he got a big sniff, then a chew! Such a good dog!!! :thumbup:

Swhacker 150 grain, zombie slayers
Wants: micro ultra lite, adj. stock, take down, good trigger, good scope , low 300 speed to keep "cockable" w/out crank
