Assassin 400 question

Post by Assassin1 »

I got my new 400 put together. I’m pretty sure I’m going to love it. But two things, first there was nothing in the manual to tell you how to bring the FDL back after de-cocking. I went on you tube didn’t find anything but did for the 420. Not the same but I figured it out. Next thing after releasing the string and bring the FDL back the rope kept wadding up. Any tricks to keep that from happening?

On the matrix 420, you just crank it back up. Sometimes you have to hold the sliding catch down until the crank took up the slack and away it goes.

But really, there is not real reason you have to detach the sliding catch and wind it up between hunts. Leave it down and attached to the string
