Getting Warranty Help From Excalibur..

Post by gunboy203 »

Just wondering if any of you have had any problems getting warranty work done?? A friend of mine has been trying to get anyone from Excalibur to respond to him for help on getting an ADF replaced.. He has emailed Peter from this site, which Peter sent 1 email reply, and tried to call him a few times but has had no luck actually talking to him. Just wondering what the secret is to getting something replaced through Excalibur??? He has been trying since November....

Getting Peter to respond is generally not an issue most of the year. November is right in the middle of helter-skelter, AKA hunting season where all the knobs get out their hunting equipment and then call with questions and problems so your friend may have got lost in the shuffle.
Try an email and a PM now that the ATA has come and gone

I’ve only had a handful of issues over the years but I don’t think it has over been over 24hrs to receive a reply by phone or email. He needs to make sure he fills out and submits the RMA form on the website to ensure swift action.

I used the online warranty system for a Pro Shot trigger repair recently. It was a seemless process and for me a heck of a lot cleaner and easier than emailing back and forth. Kudos to excal for a smooth process.

Thanks for the replies... I will have my friend try to contact again and try going through the warranty online request... I think he wanted to actually talk to someone but seems that is an old idea anymore... Thx All...

Not warranty work, but just the best customer service in the market place in my opinion. I bought a Vortex last year, and requested parts to remove the dissapators, they sent them free of charge. Then I fell upon a Y-25 and again asked for the hardware to remove them again from the newer bow, not only do I get parts sent again, but a congratulations to boot!

I to think excalibur has the best customer service/ warranty operation in this world. I no sooner got the words out of my mouth about one of my limbs starting to fracture than they had a new set of limbs in the mail to me. Then I mailed my stock back to them because my trigger latches were eating my strings up, they replaced the whole trigger unit. Best I've ever seen! I'm looking for my 2nd excalibur bow.
