Personally I'd use either 125s or 150s out of that bow.
Kind of the reason I started testing. I have 100gr mechanicals and 125gr fixed. So I wanted to see if I should match to 100gr or 125gr, or switch entirely up to 150gr. Next step will be to pull the chrono out and check speed at the target. I saw somebody did that and posted (back in 2016 or so) and it was quite informative.

I checked FOC on the bolts today.
Factory Quill is 16.625 inches, 250gr
BE Zombie Slayer from Wyverns is 16.8125 inches, 300gr
Factory Quill w/100gr is 16.9%
Factory Quill w/125gr is 19.2%.
Factory Quill w/150gr is 22.2%.
Zombie Slayer w/100gr is 21.4%
Zombie Slayer w/125gr is 22.9%
Zombie Slayer w/150gr is 24.3%

My shot range is 30-50 yards, wish it could be closer but the only way would be 0-10 yards and they pick me out too quickly.

Hey Rob
Here's my thinking on setups......

Heavy-ish arrow around 425-450 gr but over 400 for sure.
Fixed broadheads of high quality. With a quality arrow there is not loss of accuracy with even a large fixed
Stiffest shaft I can get.
FOC 20% ish. No real need to go ultra high

So given your above I'd go 150gr on the Quill and 125 on the Zombie. Probably fly close, but the Zombies should be more accurate as they are really stiff.

Zombies are my arrow of choice for their stiffness at the distances I shoot. I only threw the Quills in there for reference. Quills/Diablos/Firebolts with a 150gr Boltcutter are a long-term winner recipe with Excalibur. I was thinking the 125gr as well for my Zombies for a total of 425gr. I have 125gr Black Hornet 4-blad Ser Razors and will pick up some of the new 125gr Trailblazers to match them with. I should have pretty close to the same POI as a field point with both of those. So I can sight in both bows and pick my broadhead of choice at any time.
