Had little mishap with a limb on my 335. Just wanted to give a shout out to Excaliber for their great customer service. I made a phone call this past Monday and my new limbs were at my door yesterday. They were nice enough to replace my string as well. You simply don't see that level of service these days. That is really fantastic.

Any time I have ever had to deal with Customer Service at Excalibur, it has always been a pleasant and easy experience!!
