I've been hunting a long time and my biggest game changer is taking care of myself and adding physical activity to my routine during the off season.
Being in reasonable good physical shape helps define my success in the field.

I urge everyone to do their part taking care of themselves because the biggest gift you can give to yourself AND your family is to take care of yourself.

Loose a few pounds, go for a stroll often, and eat reasonably healthy when you can.
My 2 cents.
BUt I like to eat stuff that tastes good......like cholesterol and fat. 8)

^^Keith, you can have anything you want that tastes good including cholesterol and fat, just don't eat 2 pounds of it a day.
Moderation and portion control is essential here.

Agree 100 percent. We got our inclusion last year here in Maine. Made a big difference getting the yutes out in October. Much more enjoyable for them.
Take care

Love the HECS. You still need to practice sent control. Works incredible on birds. Turkeys in your lap, waterfowl landing on you. I sit or stand in the open a lot more now. Sometimes animals act like they know you’re there, but they aren’t scared. Definitely more close range success. You can wear it under or over clothes, so you can get the camo you need or layering you want. It definitely works. Even in a box blind, no animals are constantly looking towards it.

Another game changer for us over the hill guys is a deer buggy, there is no way we would be hunting some of the places we still are if we had to drag deer out.

Time for new titanium knee bearings or loose some weight to ease the pressure if your wearing your azz on backwards

A good set of friends or family to share the memories. Also I like a good set of camo. It just makes me feel good.

I was about to post that it depends on the weight above those knees when I saw you beat me to it. :)
