Happy but unhappy. Excalibur accuracy

Post by Owl Creek »

Took the BD330 out to check the scope and test to see if the Bee's and Z/S had the same POI . They weigh the same and were built the same. shot at 30 and 40. happy with it. Then I thought I would shoot at 60 to see what kind of group it would hold. Threw a good group, actually to tight to be shooting at the same spot. one of the Bee's was cork screwing so I set it to the side. It was shooting to the left but I thought one more round then I would put one click on it. I thought Ah Whats the chance of hitting another bolt at 60 yards Thats when the unhappy hit me.
I know better and advised some one on this the other day so save some money and aggravation dont shoot at the same spot even at long range.

Probably should be pricing me some more. Normous does it cost much more to ship the the US? I am in Missouri.
I will look up my build info and send a PM for pricing.

Also if I ever move up to a 380 to 400 FPS bow will the Z/S be the bolt to go with?

Thanks,

There is a lesson to be learned here but I don't know what it'd be.🧐

Nice EXPENSIVE shooting there!
If you read the “Manual” you would know not to aim at the same spot. :eusa-snooty:

The problem I see is that the first arrow missed the dot, and the second didn't want it to feel bad so it followed it's lead. Sadly they both suffered. :( :eusa-doh:

Be hanging out over at Smithland, Ky. I can see the Ohio n Cumberland rivers join from my front door. We just got this house rented, will take a lot of sweat equity to get it cleaned up enough to move anything into it. Trying to find a place to hunt slickheaded tick toters

House is 2 story n a decent upper balcony. I will watch the rivers n Tow Boats drink my coffee n make strings up there until the bad cold runs me inside. I can walk down to the boat launch ramp n fish for catfish
