BBD after a 4yearDry Spell

Post by onebigskittle »

Right out of the truck My sling came loose and I dropped my crossbow so I was like I might as well go home but I took a chance anyway knowing how tuff Excaliburs are and this old boy walked out on me at 20 yards so I let the arra fly and although the shot was a little right of my aim point it was deadly. No blood trail not even a drop where he fell about 75 yards away.If it was not for the Lumenok I dont think I could have found him. https://i.postimg.cc/rFJXwj56/Big-Buck2021.jpg

That buck would make anyone smile!!
“Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming "Wow, What a Ride!

With a 100 grain 2inch swhacker you would think you would have some blood. The shot was low and toward the back entering the liver area and must have hit an artery because inside was full of blood.
