But man, archery season just opened here in our 1-buck state, and there you are with rifle season already going and 2 bucks tagged already.

At least in my game zone we do have a two week archery season. In the Low-Country of SC deer season comes in full blast on Aug. 15th with rifles, shotguns and dogs, or whatever you want to carry. We have a lot of deer… generally not great bucks, but plenty of deer. I have one more buck tag and two doe tags left… AND I can buy more of both for $5 a piece.
