Most Wonderful time of year

Post by Species8472 »

Not only is deer season open but the bush is spectacular. All photos taken last weekend on my waterfront/beaver ponds/driveway:

Amazing photos! I'm envious that you're already seeing color. We've got above normal temps and our trees show no signs of the changing season yet. But cooler weather is supposed to arrive this weekend. Here are a couple photos from the killing tree last Saturday.

This time of year has all of the good seasons. Fall, deer, football, turkey, basketball, waterfowl, pumpkin spice...

Wow!
A touch of frost has heightened your awareness and your heart steadily beats in anticipation. Your senses are suddenly alert to the movement on the forest floor and you realize that the moment of truth is at hand.

Nature's beauty cannot be surpassed by man!!
What a wonderful view!!
“Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming "Wow, What a Ride!
