Assissan extream bolts

I have a matrix 380 shooting black eagle zombie slayer, flat knock with 150gr swacker broadhead. They weigh about 435 g. I have a new assissan extream on the way.
1. Can i use the flat knocks instead of the special knocks that come on the assissan arrows?
2. The assissan extream is rated at 400fps with a 350 grain arrow. I don't have access to a chronograph. Any ideas on approximately the arrow speed would be with the 435 g arrow?

The assassin does not use a rhino nock. Altho it can. It operates as a standard excal trigger, so you can use any flat nock you like.

You'll land somewhere between 370 and 375 give or take
