If you can get one end off heat the other end in hot water then put the largest brill bit that will in the shaft for weight and rapidly swing the shaft to send the bit sliding down the shaft to knock out the offending insert.
Be sure to do this in a safe place so as not to break anything if the parts start flying.

Agreed, cut them or just buy new ones. Every time I removed one, I questioned the integrity of the shaft and that was enough to not use the arrows. There’s just too much energy between the broadhead and the string for my liking.
