Punched my last tag today

Post by ODH »

This morning was my 30th hunt of the year. I'm getting old, tired, and it was time. I saw a few larger bucks and many smaller, but the orange army is soon to come, so it is time to vacate the woods. A respectable buck that will feed me well. This is the 12th deer I have taken with my Banshee and the 117th with archery equipment, it never gets old, unlike me. Have fun out there!

Congrats. I am chasing #92 this week. I just want to break the century mark.

117 deer with a sharp stick.... let that sink in for a moment. :wtf: That's a milestone that a lot of folks will never see. I've killed a lot of 4-legged critters in my life, but most were with a rifle. That kind of number with a bow is impressive to say the least.
Congrats on a dandy buck to boot!! :D

Ya never get too old.... :eusa-naughty:

Congratulations! I know what you mean about getting old. I’ll be 70 soon. People don’t really get a grasp at how we feel from age until they get there. BTW, look up sympathy in the dictionary, it’s between sh*t and syphilis.
