C2 crank hook broke
Just that. Are hooks available separately, or do I have to buy a charger rope and cannibalize it? It's used to charge my Suppressor 400TD. Surprised it would crack after <100 shots.

I had one break years ago during a draw. What an experience. 
Haven't used one since.

If you look at the grooves that you get from where the hooks ride against the rail, you’ll see that all hooks are capable of breaking. I saw that on a couple of

C2's also had the original hook geometry, which came out way before anyone could have anticipated the draw weights we get from the HO limbs, which your Suppressor 400TD has. Look at Excals new hooks and you'll see they are MUCH beefier. You definitely want those on your C2. Like mentioned by others, give Excalibur a call or shoot them an email.

Well, son of a gun. This fall I busted a hook on my crank, while cocking my Suppressor. Luckily I had a couple of hooks from Munch that I had bought when I just thought they were a neat product, and before I actually needed them.

Thanks everyone! Will contact Excalibur. Have a Matrix 380 with limb issue, so this will be a two-fer.

The metal hooks were bad about scratching up the finish on the bows when cocking. I had 2 sets and ended up getting rid of them even after trying mole skin and other stuff on the hooks. I have also had a hook break when cocking an Excalibur.
