New hunting area

Post by ko4nrbs »

The neighbor I have giving the deer I kill to has offered to let me hunt his land. He has been leasing it but decided not to for the time being. It’s only 28 acres but has had some nice bucks taken there. I will scout it this spring for next year. Be a good place to put out my homebrew trail cameras.

He said having seen how hard I work for the deer in the refuge at my age really impressed him.

Bill, sometimes just a thoughtful gesture, (giving away deer meat), can open a lot of doors.
I got a place to hunt many years ago, and I'm still hunting it, by mowing a lady's yard.
Kindness goes a long way.
Congrats on a new place to hunt!
