lol so many questions. Am I limited to Excalibur bolts? Or can I use any bolts as long as they have a flat knock?
You do not have to use the OE arrows but they use a good quality arrow shaft. What ever you use make sure the spine isn't too soft and that the string sits at or near the center of the saft. If you can have the spine located for the cock vane, you'll be a head of the game. If not you'll have to sort them by shooting different vanes down. Excaliburs are wonderfully accurate bows, but they do need decent arrows. You can use any nock you want but flats and capture nocks are your safest bets.

As far as broadheads for turkeys go I have had great results just using my deer hunting broadheads 4 blade slick trick x bow heads and shooting for the base of the wing none have flopped for more than 15 seconds .
No special heads needed in my opinion.

I just figured those Magnus bullheads would be a better idea so to take them out at the head/neck opposed to possibly hitting good meat. I know a lot of practice is needed before hand

I love the bullheads as you don’t need to worry about missing a vital area and watching a bird run off wounded.
If you decide to use regular heads make sure you look a lots of pictures of where to aim it’s not real hard in the heat of the moment to misjudge. With Magnus it’s likely a kill or a complete miss.

I still love hunting turkey with a 12 bore.

Mind you around here these days you can just use a soft ball. They have broken up now, but they are strutting like crazy in every field.
