Looking for a good used Vixen

Post by rtcdir »

A gal I work with wants to buy a bow. I suggested a Vixen and she is interested. Does anybody have a good used Vixen they'd sell? If we can't find a good used bow I know Dan Miller and Wayne Jones are good to deal with for new.

A few feet per second, plus you can use any of the Excal strings on the mag tips. Not that much gain in FPS. My Wolverine's have carved tips and they shoot fast enough fer me..my Relayer is carved tips also

Do you need the 150 pounds or would you prefer the light limbed version? I have a light limb version currently being used by one of my JOAD kids to hunt with but (unknown to him) he is getting a 150 pound deluxe version shortly. I got the light one for my wife to hunt with but she decided she just couldn't shoot bambi (though she got a big one on her driver's license-talk about knock down power-a chevy suburban at 65 MPH makes even an exomax look wimpy  )
