ExoMax Stock Question

I just received my new ExoMax . I have not put it together yet but found in the back of the stock where the Crankaroo goes in is white with some plastic curls in it . Is something missing in the hole. It looks like some are still attached . Can any one inform me on this . I am new to Crossbows

Nothing missing, they just did not clean it out proper..just take a dull knife or some sandpaper and clean it out. Mine had some plastic stringers also and I cleaned it out with a drill bit, then lightly smoothed up the edge.

I had a problem with mine also, the crankaroo would not fit into the hole.
It seemed that the hole was drilled too far towards the center of the stock
and I had to waller it out towards the outside of the stock to make it fit.
No big problem though.
