Looks like a part of the lungs on the back seat, liver on the floor, and heart back at the hatch back, where's the stomach and it s contents, likely all over. Can just imagine the smell!

Grey Owl,, it looks like some of the stomach on the column of the steering wheel to me ?? & I would have to agree .. woo wee what a smell that must have been
