After being on this forum for about 11 months, several things occured to me. The biggest one being, when anyone is posting anything, and 7 people read it, you'll likely get 7 different reactions to the opinion or statement. I really don't think you get the true personality of the person making the thread. I call it the little-big man phenomena. Its so easy to say anything sitting behind a computer many miles away, with no one knowing your address or phone number. I for one can read a person's character alot easier when I'm talking to him or her on the phone. Its alot more personal and effective. I've so far personally talked to 3 forum members already. Just to hear their voice and expressions tells me alot about them. I truly feel closer as a friend or buddy after the conversations.
So, my point is............. my long distance calling within Canada, on weekends and after suppers is free, and to the States it costs me 10 cents a minute. I'd like to take this to a different level, and suggest if any of you want to PM me your phone numbers I'd be glad to give you a shout, sometime in the near future.
Some of you might think this is a crazy idea, but to me this computer does no justice.
What do ya think??

Gray Owl, on huntingforums.com there are many of us who talk all the time. We hunt together on forum hunts and have strong relationships. SO years ago I brought up the idea of co-op hunting and that lead to the forum hunts which inturn lead to great friends developing. It could be done here also. This is a tight group and I for one would be glad to discuss hunting with others. Any one can call me durring the day at my shop. Send a PM. I have unlimited calling powers
