Low percentage shot, low percentage results. Although it would die with a well placed shot in 2 red, guts will most likely plug the exit hole. The shot will be on the higher side, when he stands, and he will not loose much blood out the enterance hole. Like I said, he could be had, but he is a nice animal, and deserves to be found. There are other days. Just my 2 cts. Butcher

I'd pass on this one too, I'd hate it, but I'd pass.

I would pass as well. I've learned it is far better to let them walk than wound one, not a nice feeling.

The three deer behind it would also stop me from shooting.

No shot. Too many chances in this scenario for my liking.

10 yards I would take it. 2 red. Looks like lots of light for tracking.

If he's going to lay there at 10 yards between red and yellow #2

I'd be happy to wait him out. However, since in this scenario that is not an optin if I were to shoot, it would be 2 Red. I'd take my time and make sure I had it exactly right.

Cheers!

2 white and 2 red are both kill shots.

I would shoot right between 1 yellow and 2 red. He'd be bleeding like a stuffed pig out of both sides. I wouldn't think twice about it!!!

I would agree with that shot... But I am not sure if I would take the shot because of the deer in the background,, I guess I would have to be in that situation to truly find out what would happen

and a nice situation it would be  :D
