Post by BUCKeYeHunter »

my grandmother had acute arthritus and she used it everyday for years<she never swore so i'd say i can't say she swore by it but it seemed to work well for her and she even prefered it over presc. medicines.don't tell the pharmacutical companies......they'll wanna ban it for some weird reason.

Yes. We have sprayed spoons and plugs with it for years on Erie.

Spraying WD-40 on your lures has been around for 15+ years...the operative word is 'lures'....it'll weaken monofilament line and deteriate plastic...lures.

In the 1890 there was an medicine sold throughout New England. Dr. Kinsey's Swamp Root Cure " good for man and beast". Seems like WD-40 ought to adopt the sloan.

If anyone has used the expensive fish attractants, you will notice that if any of it hits the water it makes those nice colour rings like oil or gas. I suspect WD40 has that similar magic ingredient like that stuff you pay a ton for at Bass Pro.
