SHIRT ORDER FORM AND INFO.

Well I am finaly ready to start taking orders on the FORUM MEMBER shirts. They will be ATHLETIC GRAY sweat shirts and tee-shirts from JERZEES. the sweat is a 9.3 oz. 50/50 and the tee is a mid weight 50/50 both are quality garments and will have the full back logo .

PRICES: SWEAT SHIRTS=youth and adult S-XL $16.50
XXL & XXL add $1.50 , XXXXL add $2.50
TEE-SHIRTS=youth and adult S-XL $10.50
XXL & XXXL add $1.50 , XXXXL add $2.50

Here is the link to the order form, just print it out , and mail it with your (money order) in US funds . I tried to keep this as simple as possible but I am sure there is going to be a glitch some were.
I will be printing in lots of 24 pieces, so the sooner the orders come in the faster I can print them . that way someones order wont be sitting around waiting for me to get a total of 24 to print. I hope that dosent sound to confuseing?? well any way here is the link

WOW!!

I tried printing it out and it was too big for the paper.

It cut off a bunch of the info.

Did I do something wrong?

Ther I reduced it , if that dosent work try printing it out at 50 % that should work Thanks GREYWOLF

Just a question regarding the shipping costs to Canada, is it $8 each item if I order 3 shirts or is it $8 flat fee ?

I have done some checking around with my manufuctures, and a vinal sticker, for a bumper or outside of window or were ever ! , is possible !!! I have got a price for a minumem of 500 pieces with set up charges and delivery, so if any one is interested, lets see how many people would want one or more, before I lay out a lot of fund's to get them into production, They will be 4" in diameter and will cost about $3.85 each including shipping! in the US and CANADA This will enclude all set up and production charges. So let me know if any one want's me to persue this line .

GreyWolf, can you tell us where the shirts are made.
When importing clothing into Canada, if the shirts are made overseas there is a huge duty when they cross the border.

Let me know before I order any,

Shirts are from my NY City distributer (dealer cost) and being printed by one of my production sources (at wholesale cost) the shiping cost reflect's US prioraty mail cost's which is a lot more dependable and on time than other carriers ! ! but may cost more out of the USA, but I feel dependability is worth the extra dollar or two if it's too much! than enclude a self addresed postage paid packing envelope with enough postage pre paid , and I will ship the order that way,remember the shipping charge is based on the weight of the # of items orderd . and I am baseing it on one garmet!!!
