anybody use quik spins on bolts?

Post by taxman »

i just ordered 2 dozen--1 doz w/ 4 inch and 1 doz w/ 2.25 vanes. the "pro shop" convinced me to use the shorter qs for hunting w/ expand broadheads.

thanks

:D :D I have tried them on alum. bolts didnt notice any differance in accuracy but they did slow the alum. bolts down about 4 F.P.S. I went to carbons with feathers faster & lighter and very accurate, GREYWOLF

I tried them, not for long thou....I didn't notice much difference in the short to mid ranges, but they seemed to drop out at the long distances. I didn't stick with them because of their weight, they dropped my F.O.C too much.
