Vari zone question

Equipped my new Exocet 200 with a Vari zone scope, the set up is doing a gret job for me on 3d,my average is about 278/300. I have been having some trouble at 20 yards however. The image is blurred /slightly out of focus. Has anyone experienced this ? How can I correct the problem ? Thanks for any help.

Sounds like you need to focus your scope, using the rear bell. Loosen the locking ring ( located behind velocity dial) now turn the bell slowly until it clears up.
