I'm figuring to bow hunt elk next year. How does the exocet 200 and slick tricks sound to you experianced folk?

Go get em! And be sure to report back. Pictures, while not mandatory, will be gratefully gawked at. :lol: So, you are gonna use a 200 and slick tricks. What a good test. Where ya hunting?

I have an Exomag which is 200.

I'm in Kimberley, BC and hunt in the East Kootenays...

This year for elk, they've made it "Any Elk" as opposed to 3pt or better (one side) as in years past so my chances are pretty good but I'm not going to assume anything... lol.

September 1st, bow season opens and rifle on the 10th.

I am however going north for moose in 10 days...

I'll post pics when and if I have them :wink:

Yep, 2219's and 125 grain Slick Tricks will do a good job on elk...
