You'll get a bunch of different answers on this one.

Here is what I shoot -

4 inch flourescent green vanes on 2213s tipped with a Wasp 100 grain SST Hammer fixed blade.

Whats the best rifle load to use on deer?? Any number of them will work fine. 2213 with 100gr heads will put you pretty close to the limit as far as arrow weight goes and should put you at or close to the advertised speed of the Emag, however speed isnt everything. The exomag can handle the heavy shafts with ease and the heavier shafts tend to shoot a tad bit quieter. I like a middle of the road setup like the 2117 shaft with a 100gr wasp jak hammer mech. This setup weighs in at about 420 gr if I remember correctly.

For the last few years I have been using Wasp 100gr sst's on gold tip carbons total 395 gr. %This year I ordered half a dozen slick tricks, they should be here in a few days and we'll give them a good test. heard nothiong but good things about these broadheads.

I use 100 gr. Wasps SST Hammers XX75 Easton 2117, 5" vanes, with my Exocet. Benchresting I can hit a "quarter" at 15 yards.

I do not have the Exomag but my dad does. the arrow & head combo he uses are easton 2217 and 125 gr. spitfire mechanicals. Great accuracy.
