Yep 4 weeks 2 days to get my limbs for my Matrix 380. They came in a box not wrapped or anything just rolling around the sides of the limbs are all dinged up. Honestly I don’t know if my old limbs are in better shape. Oh by the way there is 1 hour and 20 min left in our archery season. I’m really not a happy costumer. That’s all I’ll say so I don’t get kicked off of here, like so many that complained.

Can you post a photo of the miissing paint fleck so we all can see what your talking about?

I prefer the warrior look myself.

Why didn't you use any of your other Excaliburs?

You won’t be able to see it well it’s the edges that are nicked. Use my other Excalibur’s what did you think I did for the last 4 weeks. But I wanted to use my 380 it’s so much faster and that’s why I bought it to use it, not to sit in the corner and look at it.

.....did you pose you disenchantment with the powers that be before coming to the forum?....if so, what was their response? If not, may I ask why not?.....with that said, I feel your pain and I happen to agree it is a hard pill to swallow for the reasons you have stated.....I have had reason to reach out to Dawn a spring for my charger....I had to follow up a couple of times....it was not urgent in the whole scheme of things...except it bothered me....well I felt they were very responsive....not only did they replace the spring, but the entire plunger unit (all I needed was the spring...)and I received it in 5-7 business days.....

...... another thing to consider is that some of the issues with time of delivery is not with them shipping to us but the US Postal Service itself.

......finally, I had 2 sets of micro limbs shipped to me and they also came loose in a box.....I didn't notice any dings on them but maybe I didn't look as close as I should have.....

This is something that warrants being brought to Peter's attention. If Port Huron is not shipping out to the same standard as Kitchener. It's something that could easily be addressed.
I have never received anything that wasn't perfectly packaged from Kitchener.

Last limbs I got (3 weeks ago) came wrapped individually in bubble warp. Then that bubble wrap was wrapped with more bubble wrap. All of this inside a box. No issues what-so-ever!! And got them in about 5 business days.
For me at least, service has always been outstanding!!

That's just my take on things!!

I as well would not be impressed. Wanted the warrior look I would scrape up the new limbs on the bow myself!
