I using the Crankaroo and stringing aid.For some reason, I can't get the limbs to come back. So, I can hook the other side of string into place.What I'm i doing wroung ?

did you shorten the stringer to fit the bow?

How short should it be ? I'm using it right of the box..

Adjust the stringer too where it will just let the ends slide over your limbs.

When I put the string on at the beginning of the year I have to lenghen the stringer. If I am just changing the string or doing some string maintenance, I shorten the string.
I also had to adjust my stringer right out of the box.

Did you hook the string with the cocking aid and wrap it around the grove just behind the safety?
Sounds like you aren't getting the leverage benefit. I have never used the crankeroo.
I'd rather wear out than rust out.

I got the the string on the bow, by having to adjust my stringer.
