Gold Tip
Gold Tip
Does anybody know the weight of the gold tip laser 2 with 4 inch vanes? Probably a stupid question, but I can't weigh it on my reloading powder scale because it's not digital and it's just a regular scale where you balance the charge to see the weight. I ordered slick trick broadheads 100gr yesterday and trying to get a weight. Arrows came in Excalibur box, set of six.
I ain't as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I ever was.

Weight of Gold Tip Laser II
I weighed three of my Gold Tip Laser II's, each fletched differently and with no point attached.
Gold Tip Laser II 20" with 5" factory vanes: 320 grains
Gold Tip Laser II 20" with Bohning 2" Blazer vanes and Backland Outdoors TrueCrest #TCWABW100 wraps: 309 grains
Gold Tip Laser II 20" with Bohning 2" Blazer vanes and 7" of shaft painted with 2 coats of white spray lacquer: 298 grains
All of these have flat nocks and brass inserts.
After adding a 100 grain point or broadhead, all are well over the 350 grain minimum. These were weighed on a Redding reloading scale.
Sorry, I did not have any with 4" vanes.

I finally got 1 to balance on my Dillon powder scale, without a tip, it weights 266gr. Thanks for the help.
