hard case?
any news on a hard case yet I know this topic has been beat to death by many including myself, but I'm just sayin many of us are still wanting one and I don't want to break my bow down to fit it into a rifle case. It seems that a while back there was some talk of excal. making one but something fell through on the deal I would think with as much interest as has been shown for one in the past that they would git-r-done. M&M
I would love a hard case but I think it would take up the whole back of my jeep.
It would be nice to case it in states where cased transport is required instead of breaking it down.

I purchased the flambeau stingray , but had to mod. it to make it work. My phoenix limbs stuck out about an inch and a half on both sides. I cut out the area where the limbs penatrated and installed a piece of 2 1/2 pvc pipe that i later split so the case can open and close. I snip and made flanges and screwed the pipe to the case. With a little amount of plastic weld I sealed up and supported the pipe. I then took a 2 1/2" pipe cap to put on the end of each to help keep it close and protected from the elements of the outdoors. Untill excal. makes a hard case, It does the job for now.

I had to come up with something because of the adventure I must take to hunt in south louisiana. If I'm not strapping it to the rear rack of my four wheeler going though rough terrain and swamp for a half hour to an hour ride or going in my boat down the bayou then though the woods, my girl ( Ms. Phoenix ) would look pretty rough. I had to come up with something so when the moment came to harvest, I knew she was ready also.
