I was thinking about that today. For the money I spent for the thin quilt bag I could put another 30$ in and got another decent rifle case. But I would have to assemble and disassemble the bow every time I took it out to shoot.Living in the city I don't have the convenience to just go out back. And I wouldn't want to get pulled over for something stoopid and have an uncased crossbow in the back of the truck.I've been waiting for the hard case. After a few times I should be able to put it together in the dark.
ALWAYS GIVE THANKS FOR YOUR BOUNTY.

I hope this is relatively what it looks like with the foam padding and that. Odd that its cheaper then the origional padded case that didnt seem to padded. Will let you know, just placed an order from the nook.bstout wrote:I'm referring to an Excalibur crossbow case that resembled this.
The picture of the actual Excalibur version was on their website, then disappeared.
Is this a reasonable facsimile of the "New" case everyone else is referring to also?
