Doesn't look good, seems that the bank owns them. That is sad!

I will not give you any more than what is below. The source is from an industry insider. Keep your ears to the ground on Parker as well(nothing like the other news)Hunter Dave wrote:Please provide details or source of information.
Are you saying Horton is going bankrupt??
You are correct. Heard the bank owns them. They have a great photo of their factory in China in the middle of their catalog.
They have gone from about 60 employees to about 8. I don't want to post this because it would look like I am bashing them and I am not. I have a couple friends still left over there and I feel bad for them.

With the financial situation in the US and the world I'm not suprised.
I just hope the government intervention into the economy produces some positive results in keeping manufacturers afloat, but I'm not holding my breath.
I just don't understand the whole situation, but if China owns the company and the company is failing, so China is going to loan the US money to bail them out. Seem to me China is the winner however it plays out.

China does not own Horton.
Horton is/was owned by the Anderson Group.
They are a group that buys companies with the end goal to have the some, if not all, of their product made in their factories in China.
Looks like they have milked this cow until it ran dry.
Too bad. The company might be a cheap buy for someone....any bidders?
