Doghouse grew legs OR....
Thought I would head out to the bush this afternoon with my daugher for a walk and clear some branches around my blind.
To my surprise my blind grew legs overnight and walked away.
OR
Do you suppose this goup took it for safe keeping

If the thrill of the hunt is lost, then I have lost.

Bowster, I too over the winter became a victim of some miserable S.O.B. that walked away with a brand new ladder stand. It shocked me since my land is remote with 7 miles of bush from my north line to the nearest road. Had to be someone in via snowmobile? It blew me away as I've owned the land over 30 years and actually never knew of anyone on my property. I am assuming it is someone that stumbled on it while hunting in the fall and decided to come back. Pretty desperate since it was only worth $150. Whom ever it was, I hope they never see a deer while sitting in it

sorry to hear about your blind, that sucks. having my ladder stand or trail cams stolen is my biggest fear when leaving them out, but i guess that is just a risk you take . its a shame the world we live in you can't trust others but it is a sad sad reality. and it just goes to show you that having stuff out in the open isn't even safe on your own land . so not only is the person who stole it a thief but also a tresspasser
This blind has been in place since the beginning of deer season. Shot my first muzzelloader doe out of it.
It was there friday evening and gone by 10:00 Saturday morning.
I checked the area again tonight. I had it tied off to two trees. It was secure. It possibly could have lifted out of the ground but no evidence that the string broke.
You can bet if I see someone else on the property, no others have permission, I will take a closer look.
Anyways, can't do anything about it and am pumped for the morning....
Good luck all.....
