Ya know, that is a tour I would sincerely consider taking!
My biggest problem with BBQ is that I like it all.
Well, I will draw the line at mayonnaise based BBQ, thats just sacrilegious.
North Carolina is just such an interesting and beautiful state with so much to offer.
I would move there but then I would have to quit hunting whitetails.
Bears scare the vinegar outa me!

Actually, barbecued bear ain't bad at all ... but we usually go with a tomato-based or actual BBQ sauce on bear, because it's so "beefy" in taste and texture. I've known some guys to do young bears whole!Mike P wrote:Bears scare the vinegar outa me!
Indirect heat works best on bear. You don't want it to get dry.
It's getting the bears to stay on the grill that's tough!
PS: I'll just ignore that crack about having to quit hunting whitetails if you moved here. No need to dignify that slander with a reply!
