Deer carts?

There aren't very many places in our woods where you could pull anything like these carts!

It would be impossible to do ... our brush is just too thick. The very idea is laughable.

Our deer are seldom over 150 pounds. I pull 'em where I can, and carry 'em when I can't.

My idea of the perfect place to kill a deer is in the field where I can get the truck to it!

I always keep a length of rope and two super-heavy barrel-liner trash bags with me. If I ever again kill a deer that gets way back in the woods, I'll just cut a gambrel-stick, string it up, and bone it out.

As long as I can get a signal, that is ... we can register our kills via phone!

Know this wasnt your question but once the snow hits I carry one of my kids light plastic tooggans for the same purpose.

in the past they made a small golf cart called a ponycaddy that would do the job they did not sell a lot because they ran out of power about the 16th hole but now with nicad batterys i bet they would work

I always wanted one of those electric golf bag things to put a beer cooler on to follow me around..

I need a cart to haul the gear I need when I bring a kid hunting, and of course the kid.. Blind, chairs, blankets.. I can fit everything i need inside the stock of my crossbow, but the times I get to go alone are becoming rare, thank goodness.

The cart i have been looking at is 40 pounds, and $250, I am just hoping for some better options.

Maritimer.............nice job on that cart

..looks like you took time and pride in making it up..
how did you hinge the bottom section on?i see you used a cable to let it open to your desired angle..

on a closer look i can see the hinges
