New Phoenix and Lumizone question

Post by mjm »

Ordered a Phoenix from Dan Miller this evening and had him put a lumizone on it.Now,after spending an hour here and reading about all the problems there have been with the Lumizone,I'm wondering if I've made a mistake.Have they resolved the issues that I've read about here or should I call Dan in the morning and change my mind? :?

you ordered from the best in the business . i'm sure he'll check it out to make sure you get a good one. on the off chance that you do get a bad one it will just be a matter of days and danny will have a good one to your door to replace the bad one. but as far as i know all the bugs have been worked out .

I did a ton of research before I bought my bow. while I haven't had a bit of problem with mine, I feel very confident in the reputation of this company. Isn't that a switch in this day and age. I bought mine on recomendation from others and while some had minor problems after several years of shooting, Excalibur took care of them. Thats why they keep coming back. I spoke with the company before I bought mine and you can tell they believe in their product and will back it up. LOL I sold 2 guys on thier bows today

I just sent mine back too Dan today. but it was one of the old models and the little glitch in them has been fixed!!! so i am waiting anxiously too get my new model one back to get zeroed in for the season. They are a Great scope and you will have no problems with it. You have made a wise choice. do not worry.

I have been using 3 lumizones on 3 Excalibur models since they were introduced without any kind of problem.

I know for a fact Danny was mounting and testing L-zones like crazy during the problem era. Some guys/gals had got 2 or 3 before one w/ no problems, but probably not from him.

It seemed like if there was going to be a problem w/ one, it showed up quick.
Now's the time to try one on for size, lol.
