This is the buck that a friend of mine has visiting his backyard. He lives in a subdivision where each house has about 5 acres. There is a decent herd of deer there. It's 2 minutes from my house.
They will not let me hunt. Should I still consider them friends?

Thats inhumane. Why would they torture you like that. My view of you has changed. I feel a certain sadness, na pity for you. A--h, but alass I better finish that bow so I can give to you so you feel better.
Just kidding, SUFFER!!
Not much of a challenge but.. Slam it, and invite them to dinner, when it's over let them know what they just ate.
At that moment you will know if they are truely friends.
If you are not willing to learn, nobody can help you, if you are willing, nobody can stop you.

You are just mean agingcrossbower. . .I take back all those nice things I said about you. There's only one way you can make it up to me. . . .when will it be ready?
I'd rather wear out than rust out.
Perception trumps intention.
its really big deer in those type of areas and most are people friendly so its easy to get in and hunt with without pressure. But the problem is actaully getting the deer on your land there LOL. If you hsoot, he could cross 15 different landowners LOL.
most love to watch the deer but when they eat their plants and trees up its a different story
Just go in and destroy a bunch of their fancy ornamental bushes and blame it on that big ole buck. Then tell them you can take care of their nuisance deer free of charge.
