Taking the son hunting

Post by cabinfever »

My favorite week end is just around the corner. The ohio youth gun hunt starts this Saturday. I'm taking my 16 year old son, I'm hoping he can get his first deer. He has too many school activities to enjoy any of the bow season, so this is our weekend. I won't take him to my favorite spot because other people show up without permission during any gun season. It is not worth the risk so we will hunt the in-laws 16 acre mini farm, not the best spot but it is safe.

I hear you, my 14 year old daughter has been hunting with me since she was 10. Nothing beats spending quality time with your kids in the field. Deer or no deer it is a success on a higher level
good luck!!
