GROUND POUNDER MOUNT:
ORIGNIAL IDEA, WELL MADE, LIGHTER, SMALLER OVERALL.
I have used this mount for 2 seasons and have not had any problems with it.
I am well satisfied and will use until something better comes along.
No sharp edges.
MUNCH MOUNT(DELUXE MODEL)
SOMEONE ELSE'S IDEA, WELL MADE, SLIGHTLY HEAVIER, LARGER OVERALL.
I have not had this mount on a bow but took my G.P. mount off my bow to compare.
The angular points are sharp enough to break the skin(or more) if fallen on or having the bow fall on you( I am klutzy anyway).
The arrowhead wrenches are useless as they would dull the blades on a broadhead . The mount holes for the quiver and the ones for the riser match exactly if you lay one plate on top of the other.
Very good Plasma Cuts on letters(Terry just needs to learn to spell CROSs as in CROSSBOW LOL).
SUMMERY
I was ask to do this review by Terry(MUNCH) and I told both individuals involved that I would give my honest opinion as I saw it. For all the stated reasons above I have to with the G.P. Mount as the better of the two. Either one will carry your quiver so choose whichever you want. As stated above the G.P. will be on my bow because I like it best and he had the original idea.

Re: QUIVER MOUNTS REVIEW
Good review. We have a couple of both here but but my weights came out different. The GP's are about 8 1/10th ounces and the Munch's are 7 ounces even.

Re: QUIVER MOUNTS REVIEW
g'day, l use a munch mount & l'm quite happy with it, job well done terry, l also like excalibur's new standard detachable mount l have a couple of bows so l'd like to try the GP mount as well one good thing comes to mind with a munch mount is that they match the excalibur holes perfectly so when you remove it there as no marks left on the riser. regards frank

Re: QUIVER MOUNTS REVIEW
Tim, I had my scales checked against a certified scale(US Postal Scale) and mine is accurate. Terry also PMed me and said you had different model mounts than the one he sent me.TPM wrote:Good review.
