Excalibur string poll.

What string do you use on your Excalibur. And why? I use fff. string because I like the looks, I can't judge distance well, and it don't smack my riser. Oh yeah and because I can't afford a Boo string right now.

I use the original factory string. (Excel string) I don't trust my self yet (3 years) to use anything else.

I used FFF until joining here, then I heard about Boo. Now its boo with whiskers. As long as that man keeps making strings I will be buying from him!

There's a few good string makers here and on other forum's, my money goes with the BOO MAN

I use Boo strings on both of my Excal Bows. I put factory strings on when i reserve then take them back off.

I have 4 Boo strings w/o whiskers and 2 super flemish strings #2097 that I use on both of my bows.

I just put on a Excal FFF string myself and I plan on a Excal string damper and a Boo string for deer season

I build my own flemish twist three bundle strings , for my exomax I use 39 strands of BCY B 500 because I think it helps protect the limbs and for my equinox I build a 42 strand flemish twist from BCY 8125 beause I have always built my own string back in the verticle bow days . The string builder BOO has helped me learn how to put on the center serving by the instructions that he posted a year or so back on this forum . I shoot the exomax almost every day while letting the limbs on my hunting bow stay relaxed until hunting season begins the last Sat in Sept here in WEST TN !!!!!!
