Excellent Customer Service

Post by tman74 »

I know this is nothing new but I just wanted to report that Excalibur came through yet again. I called them yesterday about a problem I had with a small splinter on one of my limbs and was told to bring it in and they'd fix it while I waited. Needless to say they did just that. I brought in my old limbs and I was handed a new HD set at no cost. Needless to say it made my day. My hat's off to Excalibur and a couple of members on this forum who pointed me in the right direction. Just another reason I love this forum. :D

We are a little brand loyal on this forum and the custumer service is a huge part in that for me.
I have been hunting with Excalibur equipment for ten years and have not yet had to call them but their service I'm told is excellent

Before I even thought about buying a excalibur I knew a guy who told me about a warranty repair he had done. He brought it to the factory and he said he was treated like a king. He received a tour of the factory and left that place feeling like they cared. When I came to the point that I was going to buy a crossbow its that story that sold me on excalibur.
I have yet to find anyplace that treats its customers as well as excalibur does when theres a warranty concern.

Heck, even when I dryfired my bow they still treated me with respect

Customer service and the fact they are made in Canada were my initial reasons to go with Excalibur. Bill T's direct handling of an issue I had which was likely my fault and his saying, "...I will help you in return for your honesty..." is what has kept me here and helped me easily recommend Excalibur products to several fellow hunters that have not been dissapointed.

I was relatively new to crossbows when one of the Exomax limbs started to develop a little splinter.

Contacted Excalibur and ended up with new limbs on the bow free of charge. Today I know the splinter was absolutely nothing to worry about.
It is great to know that they take service serious and care about the customer. I care too and ended up with two more Excal bows in the meantime.

Different story with Remington. The new 870 Express was shipped to Quebec for warranty and came back the same way. Pretty disappointed. Traded the gun in and got rid of all other Remington stuff I owned.

Quality is when the customer comes back, not the product. Excal seems to do a good job. Hope it stays like that.
