Well Mr. Strine, I hate to disappoint, but I'm planning on turning the ripe young age of 45 next month. With any amount of luck I'll be around for awhile.gerald strine wrote:Wow strider those are exceptional works of art will you put me in you will ? How old are you anyway ?
You are only 45 you are to young to have a knife of that quality you better give them to me for safe keeping I am 48 much wiser and responsible than a young wipper snaper like your self.strider23 wrote:Well Mr. Strine, I hate to disappoint, but I'm planning on turning the ripe young age of 45 next month. I will agree with you that DaGriz does some exceptional work. The fit, finish, and balance of these two are awesome.
Best sharpener I have found yet is the Chefs Choice electric sharpener. It matches the existing profile of any blade and puts an awesome edge on it. The S30V takes a few more passes on the machine to get an edge, but as you know, once you get an edge on it it is difficult to make dull.automated11 wrote: I carry a ZT350 also. I love the knife. Sharpening it is a pita though. What are u using to sharpen the S30V blade?
