Anyone Know About NFA Insurance?
My archery club agreed to allow crossbow members to join but we need to find seperate insurance (I don't know why and asked all the questions which resulted in confusing answers). Anyway, it was mentioned that the NFA covers all bow activities on the range and 3D course, can anyone confirm this? I think the cost is $9.95 per member, does this sound fair? I have nothing to compare with so I really don't know much on the topic. Thanks for any input.
Re: Anyone Know About NFA Insurance?
Sounds a little fishy to me. Insurance is paid as an annual premium based on certain criteria. Doesn't seem like there should be any difference in the premium for xbow vs compound. Could depend on who they have their insurance with. Sounds like they just want to discourage Xbows.
