My son brought the Y25 with him and left it and the crossbow I gave him, here until he comes back from Afghanistan next November. So I used the Y25, Granddaughter won't hunt until her dad comes home and doesn't mind my using it!
That old Barnett Commando kind of scares me, It's pretty much a wall hanger!
Sorry guys no pictures. I forgot my camera at home. Nobody wants to see an old man and a dead deer.
I try to practice quality deer management as best I can. I don't shoot smaller bucks, nor yearlings and try to shoot only mature barren does. I will shoot a small buck if I see he is growing deformed a horns. But I wait until I see him two years in a row. Keeping the genetic pool clean to insure good breeding stock is one of the best things to maintain a good deer herd.onebigskittle wrote:Nice Job on taking the older one out of the herd now the young ones can rest
