It's pretty hard to beat some good KFC.

Forgot to mention bugs...... We don't eat KFC at Christmas. It's 'possum.

We celebrate the feast at Thanksgiving, but by the time Christmas rolls around, trapping season is open, and we's out of money because of the Christmas gifts, so we got to make due with what the Good Lord provides for us, which in most cases is 'possum.
And if you believe that, I've got some good ocean-front property to sell you in Arizona.
Actually, one of our CSR's (Customer Service Representatives) in North Carolina sent me that picture today. He and I go back and forth all the time about him being a hillbilly and me being a redneck............
In all seriousness,
HAPPY THANKSGIVING ya'll!!!! Even though the US and our friends 'up nort' may celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday on different days, we are all thankful for something.

Tomorrow, I'll be thankful for everything that the Good Lord has given me, from my wife, my boy, a roof over my head, my health, my friends, my dogs, the animals I harvest to feed us, and all of the other things that I take for granted every day.

We're all thankful for quite a few things that we can't even remember and mention.
The main thing is that I'm thankful for being above ground for one more day and am able to spend it with the the people who love me and that I love.
