good test! always thought about it and didn,t think it would be quite that far . Thats a far piece for a hunting crossbow.

Fantastic now add another 50 grs of total weight & see if'en they make the qtr mile i figure they would! I est. a 500 gr arrow from the 225 pounders will go the qtr.!

Bigger field naw, just backup into the brush about 50 yds & let them fly to the open end of the field! They should be there right on the fringe!

good job hank.that's good info to know.i hunt in an urban area sometimes and i all ways worry about a arrow glancing off a limb i didn't see and how far it might go.
